Your Guide to the EB-5 Investment Immigration

This website contains extensive information and resources for foreign nationals interested in immigrating to the United States through investment, including starting individual businesses or participating in the Regional Center Program. Our EB-5 guide provides detailed information regarding the EB-5 visa requirements and application procedures. You will also learn the advantages of EB-5 visa program over other U.S. immigrant visas.

    What is EB-5 Investment Immigration

There are two types of EB-5 investments. First one is called “Direct EB-5 investment”, which is investing in the applicant’s own business by creating a new business or investing in an existing qualifying business in the United States. The minimum investment amount is currently $1.05 million. The investment must create at least 10 new full-time jobs for U.S. workers within 2 years of making the investment.

The second type is called EB-5 Regional Center investment, which is investing $800,000 in a Regional Center in the United States. Regional Centers are private entities or local governments that have been designated by U.S. Immigration to accept foreign investment funds for local economic development projects. There are currently hundreds of regional centers in the U.S. The regional centers normally charge an administrative fee ranging from $30,000 to $50,000 in addition to the $800,000 investment amount in most cases.
