    Spoke with 15 attorneys including Bobby and he excelled in his knowledge about immigration and visas. It took me a year to gather the paper work needed for my E2 application as the business I purchased had weak financial history.

    Followed Mr Chungs advice as he was there to guide through every step. A year on, applied for the E2 and got approved. The interview had about 5 questions over a 10 minute session which included going over to another counter to pay the fees - hence really 4 minutes I'd say (had interview guidance telephone meeting 2 days prior with Bobby).

    I did not see the folder that was sent to US embassy but to me the 5 minute interview was a testimony in itself of the vast expertise and experience that Bobby has and he is my permanent future immigration attorney.

    Attorney Chung has been my US immigration attorney for 5 years. After helping me secure an E2 visa (one of the most complicated visas), today I was approved for my greencard via AOS. My case was one of those a little more complicated than usual, my wife is a permanent resident and I constantly need to travel the world because of my job. Bobby has guided me through every step, with very clear and specific information on how to obtain the advance parole and he spoke directly with USCIS when I needed to expedite the AP document so I could travel for work. My expedite case was approved the same day of the call to USCIS.

    In every instance Attorney Chung's actions have resulted in excellent results, with no delay or issue whatsoever on any of the applications. Bobby and his staff are readily available when you need them, very kind, and Bobby personally replies to you with plethora of useful and to the point information no matter how complex the question is.

    I really like that his lists of documents to prepare and instructions are very very specific, and that his approach is always "better safe than sorry". US immigration is a very complicated matter and Bobby and his team are always on top of the game. Two examples from my experience with him:

    1) When my E2 was approved back at the consulate a few years ago the officer told me that he was giving me a 5 years visa (instead of the standard 2) because my application and supporting documents were so well prepared. That's something you don't hear very often.

    2) today when I got my greencard approved the officer, again, commented how well prepared I came to the interview. Truth is I did exactly what Bobby told me to.

    Attorney Chung even help me get the greencard stamp into my passport right after the interview so I could travel back to work the same day. Again, not very common.

    My overall experience with Attorney Chung has been incredible.

    -very professional
    -easy to communicate with from anywhere in the world
    -detailed instruction at each step
    -if he sees a red flag he tells you how to fix it BEFORE it becomes a problem
    -straight to the point.

    The point is that if Attorney Chung is satisfied with your application and supporting documents, almost guaranteed the officer will too. I highly recommend him, and I will keep using him as my US immigration lawyer for any need I have. Bobby and his team have always your back and rest assured they know what they are doing.

    I just got my E2 investor visa, yeah! Attorney Chung and his team are very professional:

    1. They are respectful, patient and polite.

    2. Attorney Chung's instructions are very clear, he would tell you what you should and should not do. The laws are very strict so you have to be extremely careful, you don't want to spend your investment expenditure and then be told that these items do not qualify for the visa. Attorney Chung's guidelines clearly stated what exactly you should pay attention to when you spend the money, for instance, all vouchers and receipts should bear the last 4 digits of your company's credit card number. You do need a professional attorney to give detailed instructions like these.

    3. Attorney Chung responded to my email quickly. Although Attorney Chung and his the team are busy, they would reply my emails quickly. Their prompt response and clear explanations made the process less stressful.
    4. They are very organised. The E2 investor application is very document extensive; the team made my company's complicated financial figures and tedious paperwork into some very neat and easy-to-read packages, I highly appreciate their work.

    5. They are fast. My case was urgent and I need to get my visa within 3-4 months. Attorney Chung was very understanding; the team prioritised my case, reviewed all the paperwork and submitted the documents to the Consulate in less than 2 weeks. I got an interview soon after the submission. Despite the fact that they were working under pressure and time limit, they delivered highly professional work.

    6. Attorney Chung spent 1 hour on a video conference with me before my interview. He told me what would possibly happen once I stepped on the door of the Consulate, all the possible questions that I would be asked, and got me psychologically prepared for all the unexpected outcomes and confrontations. I was very grateful for his time, he really uses his heart and passion to serve his clients.

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Bobby Chung for my E2 Visa. He is very experienced and straightforward. When I signed up for his services he gave me clear instructions on what documents is required to fulfill the tedious visa requirements.
